Álvaro García, a member of the PVRealtors / G&G Realtors real estate platform, was born in 1986 in southern Mexico, near Acapulco. In the early 1990s, he lived in Los Angeles.

In 2004, during a brief vacation, Alvaro visited Puerto Vallarta and, like many others, instantly fell in love with the town. This profound connection led him to make Puerto Vallarta his permanent home, and he embarked on a career in Touristic Business Administration.

With a background steeped in various facets of customer service, Alvaro has honed his skills through roles in DMC travel agencies and renowned 5-star hotels. He diligently attended seminars and participated in workgroups focused on customer service and marketing, further enriching his expertise.

Eight years ago, Álvaro made a pivotal career shift towards real estate. He decided to explore every facet of the industry, including Property Management, Building Management (HOA), Rentals, and Sales. This comprehensive experience has equipped him with a robust foundation in the highly competitive real estate sector. Alvaro’s extensive knowledge, garnered from hands-on experience, has made him a trusted and well-rounded Realtor.
